in this video we will demonstrate how easy it is to set up your tp-link NC 200 cloud camera both on your smart phone and your home computer we will now go through the setup process step-by-step to begin with you first have to make sure that your camera is powered on you do this by connecting the power adapter to a relevant power socket and then connect the power cable to your camera you should see a solid red light appear on the front of the camera when this is done correctly next you will need to connect your camera to the network by an Ethernet cable when the light is solid green the camera is connected alternatively if your router supports WPS matching you can connect the camera using the WPS button to start the WPS matching procedure to do this hold the WPS button on the camera and when the light begins to flash release the button on the camera and press the WPS button on your router the light should eventually turn a solid green when the procedure is complete meaning that the devices are matched whatever device you are using smartphone or home computer you should first make sure that your device is connected to the same network as your NC 200 camera if you are using your smartphone download and install the TP camera app from the App Store or Google Play depending upon your device once installed open the app and tap register then follow the on-screen instructions to add your camera to the list fill in the information to sign up for a tp-link cloud account and tap Add to cloud account if the NC 200 was connected via the ethernet cable you will be presented with two options either to add the NC 200 wirelessly via your Wi-Fi network or wired via the ethernet cable choose wirelessly to attach your NC 200 to your Wi-Fi network input your wireless network password if prompted if the NC 200 was connected by a WPS you will not see this option on your screen if you are installing your camera on your home computer open the tp-link cloud download page and download the setup wizard for the relevant camera model and operating system once the download is completed run the setup wizard and follow the on-screen instructions if the NC 200 was connected via the ethernet cable you will be presented with two options either to add the NC 200 wirelessly via your Wi-Fi network or wired via the ethernet cable choose wireless to attach your NC 200 to your Wi-Fi network select the correct network from the list of available wired networks and input the network password if the NC 200 was connected by a WPS you will not see this option on your screen finally fill in the information to sign up for a tp-link cloud account and click Next once the setup is complete click finish now that the setup is complete you are ready to position the camera and start recording immediately using the TP camera app you will be able to take pictures and record video live anytime and anywhere with your iOS or Android device alternatively you can also log into the tp-link cloud web site and select your registered camera for a live video feed the choice is yours the NC 200 Cloud camera connect register and use bringing you the peace of mind to see there when you can't be there

    this Cam and software makes me crazy since yeaterday i try to install it on my Mac and iPhone still nothing, it ask for a new firmare and when downladed just unziped and nothing happend … holy crap they promise its easy install but via wps its not going at all and cable do not work too …

    What about if you have not internet LAN connection?
    What about if only had Modem Router with WiFi Hotspot?
    What about, if you dont need all above with just direct connection (Wifi) to Camera?
    What about Android App can do? There is no Wifi direct setup?
    All must be 1st installation from PC and need router with LAN port.
    What about IP information as default like others? Does not include on package list.
    Usually, others five basic information on label such IP default instead of Mac address
    With IP address default, you can setup up on any PC/Laptop which have LAN PORT
